CreateAI is the development team of TOP FIVE, trgovina in storitve, d.o.o. (tax number 26770695), headquartered at Ptujska cesta 371 in Maribor with an office in Celje. The company has operated since 2019; its team of 5 specialists in web development, mobile apps, AI solutions and automation works for businesses across Slovenia.
We specialize in four key pillars — web development, mobile and industrial applications, AI solutions, and strategy and growth — covering the entire range of services within them: from corporate websites and SaaS platforms to on-premise AI models, RAG chatbots, process automation and AI workshops for teams.
Every project is led by one dedicated project manager with direct access to the developers — no intermediaries, no outsourcing. The average time from first conversation to the delivery of the first version is 4–8 weeks.
Besides custom development we also offer free AI tools — from SEO and GEO audits to privacy policy generators and content analyzers. On our blog we regularly publish practical insights on AI, web development and digital transformation.
Our technology stack is built on proven, open-source and battle-tested tools: Next.js and React for web applications, React Native for mobile, PostgreSQL and Supabase for databases, and Vercel and AWS for infrastructure. For AI integration we work with OpenAI GPT-4, Anthropic Claude and locally deployed Llama 3 and Mistral models — the choice of model always follows the project requirements and data privacy needs.

How long does it take to develop a website or application?
We develop smaller websites in 2–4 weeks. More complex web or mobile applications with AI integration are planned in phases so we quickly get to a usable first version. We define the exact timeline in the first conversation.
Does CreateAI also work with smaller companies and sole proprietors?
Yes. We work with companies of all sizes — from sole proprietors and startups to mid-sized companies. More important than size is a clear problem we can solve with the right technology.
Does a local AI model work without the internet and preserve data privacy?
Yes. A local AI model (for example Llama or Mistral) can run on a server in your company without an internet connection, so questions and documents never leave your infrastructure. A local installation alone does not make you GDPR compliant, though: before deployment we also check external integrations, logs, backups and access rights.
How do I start a project with CreateAI?

How much does a website or AI solution cost?
Prices vary depending on scope and complexity. A one-page website built from a proven template costs €490, while a custom website starts at €1,500. AI solutions and complex applications are priced individually after the first conversation. You always get a clear quote with no hidden costs.
Who works on my project — do you outsource?
No — we do not outsource. Every project has a dedicated project manager and relevant specialists from our own team. You have direct access at all times to the developers building your solution.
What happens after the project is delivered — do you offer maintenance?
Yes. We offer maintenance, technical support and long-term upgrades. Most of our clients come back with new projects — which is our best reference.
Can you integrate AI into my existing system?
Yes. We often upgrade existing applications with AI functionality or integrate new solutions into existing infrastructure — without the need for a complete system rebuild.
Which technologies and tools do you use for development?
For web applications mostly Next.js, React and TypeScript. For mobile apps React Native. For AI integration OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, local Llama and Mistral models and RAG architectures with vector databases. For infrastructure Vercel, AWS and our own servers. We always choose technology based on the project requirements — not the trend.
How do you ensure security and data privacy in AI projects?
Security is part of every architecture decision, not an afterthought. For projects with sensitive data we build local (on-premise) AI solutions where data does not leave your network. We comply with the GDPR and Slovenian data protection law (ZVOP-2). For cloud solutions we use encryption at rest and in transit, audit logs and the principle of least privilege.
Do you also work with companies outside Slovenia?
Yes. Besides the Slovenian market we work with companies in Austria, Croatia and Germany. The entire project — from discovery to delivery — can run remotely. Communication in Slovenian, Croatian or English.
